Here is a few pictures of the sisters. Deanna had left before we remembered the pictures. We had a great time, eating, laughing, talking about viagra, laughing more, and reminiscing about our younger days.

What a bunch!

Here are these cute girls!

SISTERS

Today I had to change my work schedule so I could be with my sisters. They are pretty crazy. They wanted to get together and eat and visit. They planned it and then said, Can we come to your house? What dingdongs!!!
I really don't mind, I just think it is funny. The baby sister has to take care of them. Anyway, I am only working 3 hours and then off to party with the girls at my house. I told them I wasn't even cleaning my house, so they better like it the way it is. (I did clean though) I'll let you know how it was tomorrow. It is great to have 6 sisters and I am glad we are close and can get together. Happy day!!!!

Needing To Get Out Of The House.

I had Monday and Tuesday off from work this week. On Monday, I got up and left my pajamas on all day. I did laundry , dishes, and worked in my scrapbbok room almost all day. I have turned a bedroom into my own little domain for scrapping and it is a mess. I am making progress but it still needs a lot of work. I get very overwhelmed when I try to organize it. Hopefully I will be organized soon so that I can get back to scrapping. I have a few years to do. About 4:00 I couldn't stand it anymore, so, still in my pajamas and my church shoes, I decided to go for a ride. I was heading to Rexburg to get a drink when I passed John. So, he called me and asked me to ride to Driggs with him. I went back home and still dressed the same way, we went to Driggs. It was beautiful, the sun was starting to go down, and the Tetons were absolutely gorgeous. We dropped off the toilet, got a subway and headed home. It felt great to get out.
Well, Tuesday comes and I think I am going to just stay home and work in that room all day. Just think how much I could get done! I decided to make some Texas Caviar and make a salad first. By then, I am thinking I can't stay in again. It is a beautiful day and John is going to West Yellowstone. Just think how pretty it would be up there. Well, he walks in because he forgot something. So, need less to say, I talked myself right into going with him. I didn't finish the salad. I just put the ingredients in the fridge and I still haven't finished it. I will tonight. We went for the whole day and it was so beautiful, clear and just breathtaking. There is about 3-4 feet of snow everywhere and we just had a nice day. I got out a few times and just breathed in the fresh air. We seen 4 moose on the way home. It was just a very nice day. You all should do something like that one day. Just leave everything and go do something with your husband. By the way, I was dressed today!!!
Take some time to smell the roses as they say. Your work will still be there when you get back, but, so what!

Birthdays Galore!!!!

These next 30 days are very busy in our family for birthdays. Yesterday we had 2 birthdays, Courtney and Bryce. Then, on the 23rd is Tyce's, the 30th is Bridgers. On February 6th is John's, Feb.7th is Grace's and Feb. 9th is Conner's.
By the time we are done with all of these, we have just about had enough cake. It is funny how some months are like that. We have another big group from August thru October. Oh well, it is fun and we love all of you so much, it is always worth it to celebrate your birthdays. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ALL OF YOU!!!

Christmas is REALLY over

Last night for Family Home Evening, John , David and I put all of the Christmas decorations, the tree, everything away. It is so nice to have it all done. I think this is the longest I have ever left it all up. We quit turning the lights on after Jan.1st but couldn't get to take it all down until the 5th. What a good feeling to have your house cleaned up again!! I love Christmas but am ready for a bit of organization and routine. We then had a lesson on Coming to Christ and ways we could follow him more for the new Year. We need to set some goals and don't let the everyday things get in our way of coming closer to Christ. Hopefully we can all do that. Have a great week.

A New Year

I have been thinking a lot about some New Years Resolutions and I think I have come up with a few. They are definately ones I need help with, but I am not going to tell anyone about them. I need to work on these on my own. I know I need some soul searching and some hard work, so Hopefully I can accomplish a small part of them. Why is it that we only think of things to change our lives when it is a New Year? We should be constantly working on being better. I challenge all of you to do some thinking and choose some goals that you really can accomplish and don't just think about them for the first few weeks of January. Good luck! Thanks for being such good examples to me and always making me feel a part of family and friends. I love you all!!!!
